Optimum personnel comfort and energy saving
Direct control of temperature which has increased degree of individual comfort or requirements that users perceive. Each office space can be designed under zonal units. For open office, it can be divided at single or several zonal basis. Thus, temperature can be controlled individually.
Energy conservation:
Based on many of academic and independent researches, UFAD has been proven saving about 10~15 percent energy than the traditional air conditioning supplying from overhead.
Improved comfort / user friendly:
By setting personal preference constant temperature at wall-mounted thermostat, users in a room or open office zone have freedom to adjust temperature at individual requirement.
Low long-term cost:
Initial cost of Enspire UFAD may be or may not higher than traditional overhead air conditioning. When put into energy consideration, subsequent high cost and time with the maintenance, reconfiguration, and expansion of systems above workstations, Enspire UFAD is considered a lower cost decision.
Flexibility - easy relocation, expansion
Ability to meet changeability is a basic requirement in the modern office. The system provides no restrictions as to positioning or re-location, requires no pipework or ductwork. Re-location and add number of air diffusion unit is in a matter of minutes, and no interference to normal office operation
Low-profile, conserve ceiling height
Enspire UFAD has special designed motor fan which requires finish floor height (FFH) lower as 250 ~ 300 mm. This has effectively conserved ceiling height particularly in the high-rise office buildings.
Automatic control
Each room and zone has been monitoring by Micro Control Module (MCM) which receiving signal from sensor in each room or zone, to instruct local Air Distribution Module to supply sufficient cooling air and maintain constant temperature in each zone or room. The MCM is displayed by wall-mounted thermostat in each zone or room. Users of each zone or room set required constant temperature, and no further step is needed.
Cable Management
Enspire Air Distribution Module (ADM) accommodates all type of raised access floor systems.
ADM module set fixed at air-diffusion panel, size 600 mm X 600 mm, which is re-locatable, and inter-changeable with any other access panel.
Running of cable or wires in the access floor plenum are planned at flat height, not block air-flow. Cable routing, extension, and layout of the ADM can be easily planned and managed at least chance of interruption.
